Following GROW’s acquisition of another business, Levit8 partnered closely with the GROW team to support a smooth and controlled IT transition.
With users and devices spread across multiple locations and access changing week by week, the focus was on keeping staff productive while progressively bringing systems into the GROW environment.
Levit8 worked side-by-side with GROW stakeholders, providing responsive, hands-on support and adapting quickly as new devices and users became available.
Through clear communication, careful coordination, and attention to detail, Levit8 helped ensure the onboarding remained organised rather than disruptive, setting GROW up for stable, ongoing support after the acquisition.
Our Approach
Levit8 provided end-to-end, hands-on onboarding support, working closely with GROW stakeholders and coordinating closely within the Levit8 delivery team.
Key focus areas included:
- Preparing and provisioning user accounts as access became available
- Onboarding and securing devices across multiple sites
- Prioritising business-critical users and devices
- Rapidly resolving access and dependency issues as they arose
- Maintaining continuity for end users throughout the transition
Given the staggered availability of users, devices, and credentials, the project required flexible resourcing, close coordination, and clear communication to keep work moving without disruption.
The Outcome
Levit8 successfully supported GROW through a complex acquisition onboarding, transitioning the majority of users and devices into GROW’s environment while maintaining continuity for day-to-day operations.
Despite tight timelines and evolving access constraints, the onboarding remained structured and controlled, allowing GROW staff to continue working with minimal disruption.
By the conclusion of the transition period, devices were stabilised, users were operational, and GROW was able to move confidently into steady-state support with a fully aligned IT environment.
